We're really excited you're signing up as a designer for the Fasten Off 2025 event! We'll email you once your submission has been processed to tell you about the next steps. We try to respond to all designers within 1-2 business days, so keep an eye on your inbox! There are five sections in this form. Basic business information Details and extra information (optional) Socials (optional) Discounted patterns and other prizes Additional purchasing info (optional) REALLY IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ THIS! Information Accuracy Information is pulled from this form and used in event material EXACTLY as you provide it. If a specific format is needed, but the data you gave us doesn't match that format, it may not display properly in FOYAL content. But if you make a mistake, don't worry - you can edit your inputs after you submit - Google will send an automatic email containing an editing link. Please also be sure to read the notes that come with each input field on the form - there's a lot of important information in those notes to help you provide your data to us properly. Privacy and Data Sharing The shop links, social links, bio, and photo permissions you provide in this form will be shared to the event website and to a public spreadsheet which all participants will able be to view. The info you provide may also be used to share posts about you and your designs on the 2025 Fasten Off Yarnalong social channels. Communication Please be sure to provide an email address you check regularly. 2025 FOYAL Volunteer Signup

We couldn't possibly run the event without our fantastic volunteers! The event is filled with lots of activities and games, and we need help to run them all. Volunteer responses will determine which activities we're able to have this year, as well as which platforms we can support them on. If you'd like to help out, please let us know what you're interested in doing. Everything is optional, please don't feel obligated to volunteer for things which don't interest you! You're able to tell about your availability for the amount of tasks you want to help out with and the amount of time you are available at the end of the sign up, so feel free to pick as many things as you like during signing up. We always respect boundaries and spoon level. We need to be able to make these decisions in time for the start of the yarnalong, so although you can absolutely fill this form out at any time throughout the event, we do need to know early on whether we have enough volunteers for: Moderating/monitoring for the various platforms Posting designer promotions and/or stories on the various platforms Hosting random giveaways on the various platforms Writing designer promotions for the various platforms Running interactive designer events Other volunteering tasks are: Data entry Website testing Organizing prizes Hosting giveaways and running games Creating sharable creative assets Before you continue we'd like to tell a bit more about each volunteer task and what you can expect and is expected when you sign up for one or several of them. Hopefully you won't have to circle back to earlier sections with this information.
