When story comes into a dream

Usually it is other way around for me

My dreams and especially my nightmare inspire my stories and give me new story ideas. But today it was story that I’m already working on creating that did come into my dreams. Waking up and start immediately writing down to my phone’s note app the most important parts from the dream. That I won’t forget it. So now I have new things add for this story. That I wasn’t even thought in the first place. So thankful for my dream.

But still the dream was more into a nightmare territory. But considering what this spin-off story is about it was very fitting. Dream about shallow grave in woods that victim’s sister visit after victim had been found. Quite heavy topic and emotions in the dream. Plus the forest was little bit darker side and the open shallow grave didn’t help with it. But now I have the perfect mental image I can use in my writing.

I need to make a bigger writing update some point

Because there are so many new things related to the my rock star book series. All these new parts that I have added. Including this new spin-off story. That is related to new side plot for book 3 of a first rock star book series.

But I need to first write down and organize all these stories way it makes sense to others. Because this story world is just growing bigger and bigger. There will be all these new shorter story parts now. It is safe to say I’m still super inspired and the inspiration is not stopping. And now these stories apparently are coming into my dreams. lol
