I splurged a few times and ordered hand-made, bespoke pens. The last 3 times I also asked for an extra grip section, so they can each receive either a #8 or a #6 nib. It usually adds $25-40 to the price, and I highly recommend this.

I got one of those fancy new Jinhao Dadao 9019 pens. It's a demonstrator version of a Namiki Yukari Royale with a steel nib. Boy, it's a chonky #fountainpen but a really nice writer if you have big hands.
