🚨Since the war with Iran started, the Israeli government has closed Gaza’s crossings.
These crossings are the main routes for humanitarian aid to enter and the only way critically ill Palestinians can leave Gaza for treatment.
Gaza doesn’t have enough food.
Don’t stop talking about Gaza.
Humanitarian groups are now warning that the consequences of this were immediate and severe.
World Central Kitchen (https://bsky.app/profile/wck.org) said it will run out of supplies within a week if border crossings stay closed.
Even before the latest closure, the crossings were already operating at extremely limited capacity, with aid agencies warning that the amount of food entering Gaza was far below what people need to survive.
We refuse to accept a world where this is normal. No one should face suffering and hunger because of a political blockade. The blockade must be lifted and Gaza must be flooded with food immediately.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says he told visiting Israeli President Isaac Herzog that Australia is seeking criminal charges over a 2024 airstrike in Gaza. The strike killed seven people, including Australian aid worker Zomi Frankcom. Albanese emphasized in Parliament on Wednesday the need for transparency and accountability in Israel's ongoing investigation of the strike. Meanwhile, Herzog described his visit to Australia as emotional, highlighting the impact of a December antisemitic on Sydney's Jewish community. Pro-Palestinian protests have targeted him in Sydney and Canberra, with some lawmakers opposing Herzog's visit. Herzog plans to visit Melbourne before returning to Israel.
