this is kind of a help me find:

We often read and heard that mangaka, even famous ones, are treated poorly by their publishers.

Some of us enjoy reading mangas. And wanted to support mangakas and publishers that have an eye on that and improve (or try to improve) the working conditions.

Are there examples we should look at or follow?
