Walk this morning from #Thurstaston, along the #WirralWay, up through the Dungeon, along and down through #Heswall Dales, stopping for coffee at YOT (except it’s closed Tuesdays 😕) and then back along the KC3P.

Ran along the #WirralWay this morning. Just over 12 miles in 2 hours which I was pleased with. It starts at #Hooton station and finishes at #WestKirby station. Plan was to get the train back to the start but it’s been replaced with buses and two hours in the journey on the buses I’m about 15mins off the start! #running

Yesterday's cafe stop and emergency bike cleaning stop!

The #WirralWay was so muddy. I tried cleaning the mud off my rims and brakes with bottles of tap water from the cafe toilet but the churchyard watering can was much more effective.
