That's how many people see the world, sometimes me too. But there is so much more behind these walls. Sardinia, Italy. This one is for #WindowsWednesday

Love all the different shapes on this pair of windows, and especially how they seem to overlap in the middle. They're on an 1854 Scots Baronial former warehouse on Brunswick Street in Glasgow.

One of the rather gorgeous stained glass windows in the 1890s Pollokshields Burgh Hall on the Southside of Glasgow.

I love the Glaswegian habit of putting stuffed toys on window sills, but I wonder what this pigeon made of this particular example! 😀

Love these unusual stained glass windows on John Burnet Senior'a 1874 French Gothc style Church of Saint Jude's Congregation on Woodlands Road in Glasgow.

I love a bow window on a Glasgow tenement (and yes that's meant to be bow rather than bay). This one on Highburgh Road in the West End was designed by Hugh and David Barclay, and was built in 1901.

A sole surviving pane in what was once a complete painted window in a tenement on Partickhill Road in Glasgow.

These are two of the most recent additions. On the left is John Clark's Millenium Window, added in 1999, while on the right is Emma Bulter-Cole Aikin's Tree of Jesse, added in 2018.
