Join Max Jones of traditional food conservation project Up There The Last for 'An evening of storytelling with tasters' as we dive into the traditions of natural cheese and butter to learn how most modern products are a shadow of what they once were.

Join Gerry Murphy of the Irish Brent Goose Research Group as he traces the journey of Brent Geese from Kerry to Iceland over the Greenland Ice Cap to the Canadian Arctic and back.

This talk will be followed by a screening of a short film focusing on the Brent Geese during their stay in Fenit produced by local filmmaker James McCarthy of Digimac Productions.
