It’s a 41 mm external width, 32.5 mm internal, 53 mm deep, hooked rim. Laced with Sapim CX-Ray spokes on those 6-bolt mount boost hubs. Haven’t ridden the Thunder Burts much yet. Except for the crr testing lately on other rims. It feels awesome and looks awesome. The Enve inner drive free hub is loud, and I swapped the 60 teeth ratchet to 90 teeth, which makes higher pitch noise. I still need to get used to it, but good thing is that runners and pedestrians can hear me approaching 🤪 if they're not wearing headphones...

These are a) super interesting fibre spokes. the first you can use with any hub (which is fit for use with carbon spokes) and any rim! Sweet!
And b) those rims are actually cool, too. Propper wide for wide allroad and gravel tires! Kudos to Goosynn!

Light Wolf StudioAuch am Lastenrad ist der Laufradsatz für uns eine der wichtigsten Komponenten und so bauen wir diesen natürlich ganz nach Wunsch hier im Studio.
Für unser kommendes Omnium Projekt verwenden hier unsere Carbon-Hausfelgen. Am Vorderrad kommt eine 20 Zoll Felge in 32mm Höhe und 25mm Innenweite zum Einsatz, die ebenso wie das Hinterrad in 32L Variante verwendet wird. Das Hinterrad hat 28“ und 35mm Höhe bei gleicher Innenweite. Da kommt viel Steifigkeit dem Cargo-Einsatz zu Gute.
Bei der Nabenwahl haben wir wie immer viel Individualisierungs-Potential.
Da das Rad eine feste Beleuchtung erhält, ist ein Nabendynamo Pflicht - und da kommt natürlich SON ins Spiel und ein „28“ wird von uns verbaut. Passend zu silbernen Details in polierter Variante. Im Hinterrad darf eine silberne Hope Technology Ltd Pro 5 ihren Dienst antreten, die auch zu den hochflanschigen Naben zählt und so perfekt für den Lasteneinsatz geeignet ist. Und für die Optik des Projekt setzen wir auf silberne Sapim Messerspeichen.
