Every day, I check my web site logs. It's very clear human visitors to my various websites and blogs are rare. Clearly the sites are being scraped, constantly. This is in spite of the fact that they're all static sites and I write posts maybe twice a month at the most.
Must I put it all behind Cloudflare? Or must I introduce "proof of work" style friction? Or do I just give up and let my work be part of the planet-burning machine?
Suggestions welcome.
Ok so another DNS question:
I (my employer) got a server on ip1 but for reasons we migrated stuffs on it to serv on ip2.
We changed the DNS reccords so that service.domain.com points to ip2 now. It's been more than a week, and if I use say 1.1.1.1 has a DNS server, it works fine.
However if I use whatever DNS server my work dhcp server is pointing me to, service.domain.com is still pointing at ip1.
What gives ?

Jetzt bin ich richtig froh, dass ich meine Websites noch nicht wieder hergestellt hatte. HE hat mit dem neusten Update alles platt gemacht. Das ist in wenigen Jahren jetzt schon das 2.Mal.
