Warren Currie π¦ π¦#Weather in the US Midwest and Ontario and Quebec in Canada is very much driven by the #GreatLakes. These are huge reservoirs of heat and (obviously) moisture. The #weathernetwork has a good overview here looking to the winter. Basically, less #ice cover means more snow and more evaporation (lower lake levels). September is still "summer" for the Lakes, and they will be warmer than the air for another month or so - that is why we sample into Dec (and winter if we can).

Iβve deleted the Weather Network app. I think theyβre not being as transparent as they should be with us users regarding the cyber security issue - especially since they can track and report our location. Now Iβm looking for a good alternative #weathernetwork
