I’ve deleted the Weather Network app. I think they’re not being as transparent as they should be with us users regarding the cyber security issue - especially since they can track and report our location. Now I’m looking for a good alternative #weathernetwork
RE 🇨🇦@canayjun I deleted their app from my phone ages ago after I learned they were taking advantage of my location data.
I've still been using their website, but limit access to my data, and use ad/tracking blockers.
I've used Weather Underground as an alternative, but not sure how they are these days.
