Listened to these two albums today for the first time. The new First Aid Kit is going to need a few listens to bed in, but they’re always going to be in competition with their perfect debut album.
I got Madonna on CD for £1 last week. Top singles, some filler, a lot of that Pettibone deep house style that’s back in fashion. Every song about 80 seconds too long, none of them need to be over 4 minutes, except maybe In This Life which is pretty good.
