#USInvasion on #Vietnam - my birthplace, wasn't ended only due to protestors in USA. It had to do with the fact they were losing #GuerillaWarfare on the ground; getting annihilated by our resistance forces who were running around without shoes, living underground for years, using makeshift weaponry/primitive traps & #USmilitary couldn't deal with all of that.
It ended because they #FAFO & our peoples were never going to stop fighting for our #sovereignty.
Wonderful privilege being in Maaseik for Tom Robinson's solo show at Minderbroederskerk tonight. Beautiful music in a very beautiful setting.
