Pupils in Lichfield and Burntwood are being encouraged to take park in Walk to School Week.

Next week is Walk To School Week (15th-19th May), part of National Walking Month.

It's also Mental Health Awareness Week (15th-21st May).

There's a link between the two.

Walking (or cycling or scooting) improves self-esteem, wellbeing, stress, anxiety & depression.
