For the annual #GirlsDay, the #WagnerLab was visited by girls interested in working in #SportsScience. Our department introduced them to fun experiments and research methods in the #OpenLab to give them an impression of the diversity of #movementscience and #movementanalysis

At the end of the semester our #WagnerLab got together for the annual #Klausurtag. All labs presented their current #research and new ideas and plans for the upcoming semester were discussed. We ended the night by enjoying some nice Thai food together 😊

This week, we had Prof. Dr. Kutluk Arikan from @TED_University in #Ankara visiting the #WagnerLab. We had many fruitful & inspiring discussions on how #robotics can benefit #movementscience and v.v., with a special focus on the development of #therapeutic approaches. He introduced his work in the #COST Action project in which Research Methodology for Technology-Assisted Interventions in Old Age is conceived. Very nice to have an #international guest with us. We hope to see you again, Kutluk!

Last Friday, our department hosted another legendary alumni summer party. With past and current members of the #WagnerLab, we played padel, spikeball, and disc golf. Later, the group enjoyed a barbecue while catching up and reminiscing about the good old days.

Last week, the @dvs_Sportwiss hosted the 26th #Hochschultag in Bochum. Three of our #WagnerLab members attended the conference to share their current research findings with fellow sports scientists. Big thanks to @dvs2023 for this great conference! #dvs2023 #WagnerLabOnTour

Our #WagnerLab members @RoseDubbeldam and #YuYuanLee send greetings from the Biomechanics Lab at #DoshishaUniversity in #Kyoto #Japan. Here they met old acquaintances and presented and exchanged about their current research projects.

This week, it was time for another #WagnerLab Team event!🥳 We started the afternoon with a nice bike ride to a local farm, where we could pet their new calves: so cute! We ended the evening with some delicious meze at a Lebanese restaurant. A very satisfying end to the work day!
