𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲, “𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,” highlights practical, person-centred interventions that restore independence, build skills, promote participation and improve wellbeing.
