Went to Maundy Thursday service for the first time since I started on the #viamedia, which was about 12 years ago. The candle extinguishing and #strepitus hit home, and five minutes later got the news that a fellow verger/church buddy had died that same morning, of a heart attack.

Yesterday hit harder than I had anticipated. I had just served with Bob on Sunday. He was barely 55. #tec #anglican
