On a warm summer day, I ventured to the Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve, inspired by an iNaturalist user's observation of over a dozen different types of dragonflies and damselflies at the pond within the preserve. With high hopes and camera gear in tow, I embarked on what turned out to be an eventful yet somewhat frustrating journey.
