UA drones struck VNIIR-Progress, a major russian maker of electronics and automation systems.

Its products support russia’s energy grid, factories, and parts of its military industry.

This is the third known strike on the site.
The plant was also hit on 9 June and on 5 July 2025.

In the morning in #Cheboksary, drones attacked the #VNIIR_Progress company at the #ERF.

At least two powerful attacks on the plant are known, after which the company suspended work.

#JSC "#VNIIR" manufactures #Comet antennas, a key element of protecting #Russian drones from #Ukrainian electronic warfare systems.

In total, 49 good drones were allegedly shot down over the #ERF during the night.
