Three independent supply streams converge on Ukraine's unmanned combat capacity: domestic FPV production at a reported 1.5-to-1 ratio with 180,000 targets struck in May, the UK's 120,000-unit drone package with deliveries underway, and the Rada's €31.8 billion EU-funded defense budget increase. A Zelensky-Trump bilateral at Évian is likely by June 17, though the diplomatic freeze reduces any meeting to signaling rather than negotiation.
Bulgaria's declared halt of government-to-government military aid introduces the first formal EU coalition break on weapons supply. A strike damaging a safety-related nuclear system remains unlikely before December but carries the highest consequence: ZNPP's 19th external power loss, with the sole backup line severed during a repair ceasefire, could force multilateral intervention outside ceasefire channels.
