A wild @Recta_Pete appears (well, his display does) and is greatly appreciated by LGR.
Noticing a couple of items I sold via #VCFEast consignment on eBay for way more that I sold them.
I don't mind, it's just amusing.
VCF East 2025 took place April 4β6 at the InfoAge Science and History Museums in Wall, NJ. Explore event highlights, vendor exhibits, and watch videos from one of the largest vintage computing events on the East Coast.
Okay, if I can't sell my CGA monitor at a reasonable price I might try to make this adapter (was trying to sell my monitor/video-7 card/JCM-1 RGB adapter at #VCFEast consignment, but only the adapter sold). Moving soonish, so I'm slowly parting with things I would otherwise keep.
Side by side view of my two Epson LX-80 dot matrix printers. The one on the right I got free at #VCFEast really needs a good cleaning before I'll start testing it.
I was happy to see @polpo again at #VCFEast2025. He had a Polaroid 100 land camera loaded with pack film. He shot this picture of me at my #PenPlotter exhibit. I fell so lucky that he used a shot on meβ Iβll never forget. Thank you!
Back from a whirlwind of a weekend. Thank you to all that stopped by my #PenPlotter exhibit table at #VCFEast this year. Was great to meet so many folks in person. And a huge thank you to all that purchased plots and floppies at consignment.
I gave away lots of postcards this year. If you got a plot or postcard, reply with a picture!
I have to say that seeing a Bendix G-15 in the metal flesh is even more fun after seeing all those Usagi Electric YT videos!
