#userJourneys and #userFlows are often confused. But they both server very distinct purposes. While its important to know when to use which, using them together can create even more value.

Working with user flow helps me most when I start thinking of how to guide a user through an app so that they can reach their goals fast and easy. I am also using flows to plan clickable prototypes for usability testing.
