Went through some my outstanding challenges in pokemon home because I felt like clearing them. Two of those require transferring up a mon from ruby/sapphire/emerald. So I went to a local game store and a loose emerald cart costs... $280 CAD?! No thanks - I'd rather put that to a switch 2.
Still can't believe how much a used game from 2004 costs. It's not even THAT rare, this store had 4.
For reference, a switch 2 costs $700 CAD brand new.
