"Be True to Your School" is a song by the American rock band #theBeachBoys from their 1963 album #LittleDeuceCoupe. Written by #BrianWilson and #MikeLove, it was issued as a single on October 28, 1963. There are two versions of this song: the album version, and the single version, which added cheerleader yells by the girl group #TheHoneys in between verses. The song features the melody of the #UniversityOfWisconsin's fight song, "#OnWisconsin".

Twenty years ago today, I shot this clip of Of Montreal playing at Club 770 at the original Union South in #Madison. This was just after they released the second of back-to-back superb albums and established themselves atop the mid-00s #indiepop scene. MGMT provided a weird opening set, a few years before their big breakout. No ticket stub because it was a free show, but I do have a picture of my wife chilling out between sets.

I broke my posting every day streak but for a good reason. I had the honor of being a visiting artist for the opening exhibition, “Beyond the Gaze: Representing Disabilities in Contemporary Art.”

The exhibit opened this past week at the Foster Gallery located on the campus of University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. It was truly an honor to take part and I cannot express the kindness of the team or the gratitude I feel towards them for making me a part of it.

This is a shame. University of Wisconsin Chancellor Jow Grow was fired for creating amateur porn with his wife on sites such as #PornHub. The couple had also written two books on how their extroversion through porn had enriched their lives.

I realize a high profile position like that has standards of conduct. But this married couple was doing no one any harm.
