Looking through portfolios, this one stood out to me. With so many sites using mostly white backgrounds, this one set itself apart by using background colors that are subtle, and still keep text legible. The smooth transitions from the portfolio index to the case study pages add an extra layer of polish.

For those who see sites like this and ask, “How did they make this?” I can see from digging into the site’s code that it was built with Semplice, a premium WordPress theme tailored to portfolios.
