I don't get the rise of the medical paternalism. Remember one of the cardinal rules in the House of God , "The patient is the one with the disease"? If the patient does not want to take the advice offered, so be it: #UDoU, #FAFO, caveat emptor are parts of adult life & death.

I don't think people realize what is coming at the economy level. I have written about what it will look like, ie * at least * the equivalent of the IMF programs that crippled Russia and Latin America in the 90s. I would not burn any bridges through schadenfreude but #UDoU.

I don't think people realize what is coming at the economy level. I have written about what it will look like, ie * at least * the equivalent of the IMF programs that crippled Russia and Latin America in the 90s. I would not burn any bridges through schadenfreude but #UDoU.
