The Twin Cities Marathon was canceled today due to extreme heat. But I’ve got coffee in my Twin Cities Marathon 2000 mug. #Coffee #TwinCitiesMarathon

What a difference 12 degrees makes. Last Sunday, it was 81 at 7am when I left on my long run. I did 18 miles in 3:23:10. This morning it was 69 at 7am and I did 20 miles in 3:15:29 and did not feel like dying for a change.

Four weeks to go. #TwinCitiesMarathon
