St Rita's Amazing Traveling Bookstore is heading west in the not too distant future, stopping to sell books and make friends along the way.

If you've already been to the bookstore, you know about the excellent conversations, reading pleasure, and (often) food and drink that's in store. If the bookstore is making its first visit to your area, don't miss it!

Follow the link to see if she's visiting your town or nearby.

On your mark, get set…

I thought when I started lining out the OMG Spring 2025 Traveling Bookstore Tour in late January, I would surely have it all in place by now. But no, not quite although mostly. Confirmed dates post…

Amazing Traveling Bookstore
Lots of ups and downs with the spring 2024 bookstore tour. I do appreciate the support and enthusiasm of many people throughout the tour. And now a newer van will continue the traveling bookstore for many more miles. #travelingbookstore #portland #reading #community
Tomorrow setting up the traveling bookstore at local farmers market. In a county where the county commissioner says you can’t trust voting machines because look at airplanes, they are constantly falling from the sky, and of course there is a lot of open carry, I feel selling affordable books might make a difference. Maybe a kid or a teenager or an adult will read something that gets them thinking - really thinking. #travelingbookstore #reading #ReadBannedBooks #rural #montana
Reading “Packing My Library” by Alberto Manguel even as I unpack, sort hundreds of books getting ready for my spring traveling bookstore tour. Books are such magical things and its a challenge for me to think of them without paper pages. Of course unless it is an artist book. #book #artistbook #travelingbookstore
So I have a wonderful traveling #bookstore and currently putting together a Spring 2023 tour. Many places are coming together nicely but need to make connections in #decatur AL and southern #memphis Do any of you folks have ideas? You can find info about my bookstore online to get more info. Or contact me. #travelingbookstore #stritasbooks
#bookstodon #travelingbookstore #7Books. I have a traveling bookstore which I take around the US. It isn’t normally on the road between late October til early April. This gives me the dark winter months in Montana to read. The Waves (Virginia Woolf), The Shipping News (Annie Proulx), The Hungarian Who Walked to Heaven (Edward Fox), The Plover (Brian Doyle), Photographing Montana (Donna Lucey), The Housekeeper and the Professor (Yōko Ogawa), The Bone People (Keri Hulme).
