#ImageAnalysis #TrackMate #ImageJ #Fiji This may be a silly question but is there a way to calculate directionality on TrackMate? Or if not, is there a file that can be used to calculate directionality later on? I can't seem to find the right file. Thank you

I spent a good chunk of today writing my first #groovy script. As in, groovy the language, although I thought it was groovy when it (finally) worked.

It's to automate #TrackMate analysis in #Fiji #ImageJ. I couldn't find an example on the web that did the job. Will post it ASAP as I'm sure it will be useful to others.
