Ah, yes. Another eye-rolling episode of #TodayInTech. The tech unemployment rate is at 2.5%, you know. If you squint. And don't account for the fact that so many of us have been unemployed over a year and fallen off the UI rolls. And are a corporate boot-licker.

Apparently, my problem is that I'm unwilling to learn. You know, the guy who's taking ed2go courses daily and has all the skill line-items in the jobs he applies for now.

Got my first internet-access Unix account at UofL well before this launched. When it hit, I had to go to the computer lab to use it, because the client PCs in the humanities building couldn’t run it.
After so many months of FTP, Gopher, and Lynx, it seemed miraculous.
