Problem: Sounds just like Joi Scientific: 2019 finally admitted their claim of 200% efficiency producing H2 from untreated seawater was false! NB Power CEO was convicted of fraud and removed from office!

Problem: Sounds like wishful thinking, as electrochemistry is defined by voltage and current, not capacitance & resonance!

Problem: Process efficiency is inversely proportional to voltage. So high voltage means poor electrical efficiency!

Problem: They don't know difference between hydrogen's HHV & LHV: 33.32 ÷ 42.23 = 78.9% LHV, not 94.7%!

Tobe Energy #Tobe_Energy Primary Problem: Can't sell their device in US, as NFPA-2 13.3.1.1.2 requires water electrolyzers to be listed or approved↙️, such as with @isostandards⬇️. ISO 22734 requires a membrane between H2 & O2 gases↘️, so membrane-free = NOT ALLOWED!
