Morgen Abend letzte Runde #ZugUmZugLegacy und ich hab den Pokal schon vorbereitet. Je nach Sieger klebe ich dann die passende Farbe der Züge auf den Pokal.

Im Mai gespielt: Sehr wenig, aber dafür intensiv.
King of Tokyo zum ersten Mal - schön schnell.
Mörk Borg als #pnpde ausprobiert ... ich lieb die Einfachheit, die es mitbringt.

Hauptspiel war Zug um Zug Legacy - Leute, ernsthaft, das war so geil (mir fällt da gerade kein anderes für ein) 😀 Ich war echt traurig, als es nach 12 Spielrunden vorbei war. Wir werden definitiv ein paar Legacy-Elemente als Expansion beibehalten.

I got Ticket To Ride legacy for Christmas. Talking with family about when we could possibly play it, and the considerations involved in most* legacy games.

Mom then commented on the fact that she played "a lot" of Monopoly growing up.

Me : "Yeah. But Monopoly is not a legacy game. ... Wait. I wonder if you could do Monopoly as a legacy game. Would that even work?"

Me : "No. Wait. I think that's called real life."

* Most legacy games have a hard limit of number of times you can play the game. Aspects of the game are damaged, intentionally during play. It's a one way, on a "clock" type of situation. Thankfully Ticket To Ride legacy bucks this trend.
