Well, #Picard is now positronic so it is somewhat similar to Data's interface in #TheBestOfBothWorlds, except the Enterprise crew took a lot of precautions when Data plugged in, Picard just shoved a cable into his neck and was able to unplug at will.
Eh, it was a fun story regardless. 🤷♂️

A7: Because this season pulled in so much of the lore from the 90s #StarTrek, it almost demands fan scrutiny, but that makes the glaring discrepancies so annoying.
Like, how the heck could #Picard have introduced something as intriguing as Agnes Jurati #Borg Collective in season 2, then have a full on Borg attack on Star Fleet in season 3 and not include them?🙄

A7: It was a 10 hour movie that was much more visually spectacular than thoughtfull. It was fun just for the nostalgia and all the callbacks to the TNG era. I enjoyed the ride.👍
However, I really wish they had told a different story, or just stuck with the Changelings as they made a good antagonist.
...and why the heck was there no mention of Laris after the 1 year time jump? They coulda tied that loose end up.🤦♂️

A4: I have really come to dislike that character #Q and what writers keep trying to do with him. YES! I found his appearamce distracting, and I had so hoped to have seen the last of him in #Picard S2.🤷♂️
I mean, he messes with time AGAIN in S2 so Picard can emotionally grow, but let's all these people die in a Changeling Borg terrorist attack? Ugh!🤦♂️

Since no one brought this up, I thought the contrast between the end of #TheLastGeneration and #FirstContact, two stories where the #Borg queen was defeated, was a very interesting commentary on the times.
In First Contact, Picard and Data look almost sorry that they had to kill her, as despite her violent intentions she was still worth something.🤔
#Picard S3 transformed her into a hideous creature, with no path for redemption, only meant to be overcome and destroyed.😖

I always thought he was an interesting, prickly character who made the right call when turning down Picard's and Riker's original request to divert the Titan, so I was glad Shaw had given her a good recommendation.
Kinda expected more from #Tuvok though after being her shipmate for 4 years.
