The ensemble cast was very good, and it was nice to see #PercyHynesWhite , who I'd liked in the television show #TheGifted .
#AubreyPlaza is terrific in this, and she definitely shines extra brightly in a few particular scenes. #MyOldAss /2
The first episodes were a bit floppy but #TheGifted picked up steam and (mostly) kept it up in an ever tightening plot-twisting crescendo.
Gun's focus episode could easily have been a stand-alone movie.
It deserves its reputation.

Am liking Fiat in his role. Thought I hadn't seen him before, aside from being one of the three singers in the Cause You're My Boy OST, but when I went to see what else he's done I discovered he played one of the few characters in Triage I thought was worth the time.
There's a quiet intensity to his work.
The different threads of #TheGifted are coming together, though they're still inclined to ignore characters, and it's tightening up finally.
They were saving it up for Gun's episode 🙃
Four episodes into #TheGifted and i think my expectations were a bit too high, given how much praise this one gets. It's good, and there's still plenty to go so maybe it will get better, but so far it doesn't have the tightness, energy and complexity of 55:15 Never Too Late, The Shipper or Enigma.
55:15 also starts out with a focus episode for each main character, so perhaps that's set my bar unfairly high.
