We are aware of a message when trying to log into the #CalStateMontereyBay production instance of Campus Data Warehouse.
We are currently investigating the issue.

We are receiving multiple reports from #CalStateMontereyBay employees that are unable to connect to the GlobalProtect VPN because they are receiving a certificate error.
We are aware of this issue and working to resolve it.

#CSUMB's OnBase ODBC connections are not working. This affects all of our OnBase forms.
We are aware of this issue and working on a resolution but do not have an estimated time of repair.

The #TechnologyHelpDesk is receiving reports that OAS Reporting is unavailable currently to #CSUMB campus users.

Update: Contract negotiations between DirecTV and Disney corporation completed. Channels restored.
๐ซ ๐บ #CSUMB Cable TV Issue: Missing Channels Sept 3, 2024๐บ๐ซ
Due to a contract dispute between DirecTV and Disney, several television channels are off the air. These missing channels include: Disney Channel, ABC, ESPN, and FX.
There will be a notice on these channels as to why they are no longer available.

โ Adobe Creative Cloud issues freezing, not working workaround- August 23, 2034 12:30 p.m.โ
Hey #CSUMB Otters: If you are using Adobe Creative cloud desktop app and it is freezing or not working correctly, go to the Help menu and select try "Sign in using your browser." Sign in with your regular CSUMB credentials.

The new #CSUMB Campus Data Warehouse will go live at noon on August 12, 2024.
The new Campus Data Warehouse no longer requires a VPN and can be launched right from your CSUMB Dashboard by clicking on the Campus Data Warehouse app.
