Made an early and productive start to the day only to then try to log in to work and find that Duo's MFA is not working (504 errors), so can't access Microsoft 365 or other work resources. I mean, great, I guess, but I have a growing number of tabs open to remind me of the emails I need to send once Outlook is accessible. Like I need help procrastinating.

Remember that #aws #outage in December? AI engine decided to delete and recreate environments in total autonomy. There was no change management approval, as the AI was given operator permissions.
