Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug celebrates First Nation-led family law, one of the few in Canada
Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug is taking control of its own child and family services with the creation of an agency called Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug Dibenjikewin Onnakonikewin (KIDO). It's just the second First Nation in Ontario to have its own child and family services law take effect with the full force of federal law.
