Except told from the perspective of the supervisor, who is trying to deal with the fact that his sister is abusive and his daughter is smarter than him and more independent than he would like and his wife is long dead but he never got counselling for it, but maybe here is someone he can actually talk to as he tries to make sense of it all.

Or at least have sex with, to take his mind off all of the above.
