First up - Chinese.

We ordered some supplies, as I've never really cooked traditional Chinese properly at home. We're focusing mainly on #Cantonese to start, with some #Szechwan dishes later.

Beef in Black Bean Sauce was the first Chinese dish I ever ate, and it's still my favorite. Made it from scratch using fermented black beans.

Turned out pretty well. Sauce needs to be a bit thicker, but the taste was spot on.

No #WokHei yet I'm afraid, as our stove is induction.
