Supercharging by the #Novotel hotel in #Reims. Went inside for a pee and asked the bar for a coke. But the lady wouldn’t sell a bottle to go. I could drink it there, or take it if I was in a room (I wasn’t of course), or fill an empty bottle! What Finnish level service logic is this?
