In my interview with author Sunyi Dean about her dual timeline, historical fantasy / literary-leaning Gothic novel "The Girl With A Thousand Faces," she says that so far, no one has guessed the twist in advance. To find out what else she had to say...

Teilzeithelden: The Book Eaters (Sunyi Dean) – Hunger und Freiheit (Kurzcheck)

Teilzeithelden

After a few days away for Christmas, I am back and starting off with one of my presents: "The Book Eaters" by Sunyi Dean.

Edit: donated 7th January.

@Princejvstin I really enjoyed Legends and Lattes (sweet) by #travisbaldree and The Book Eaters (creepy) by #sunyidean both in audio. I also listened to Go Tell the Bees That I’m Gone by #dianagabaldon (always a lovely job by Davina Porter!) But, I found most of the story forgettable, unfortunately. I was surprised at first how few I’d read on this list, but then I remembered how many great rereads and sub-pubbed reads that I’ve enjoyed this year!
Time to start on something new. Looking forward to this. I've heard good things.
