Had a really cool experience yesterday - I got to work a private party featuring String Cheese Incident (a band that sells out Red Rocks regularly) in our local ~500 person venue!

Not really my kind of music, but it was a good show with a fantastic turnout. I worked security most of the night and then helped load up the band's truck when some of their crew was a no-show (although the band manager stiffed me the extra payment he promised; seems like the bigger the name the higher the likelihood of getting ripped off). Still a really fun night though.

I am now touching computers at work on ~3 hours of sleep. Probably should have just taken the day off.

Just before the July 15th 2023 #KitchenDwellers and #StringCheeseIncident show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Chief #PhillipWhiteman Jr. of the #NorthernCheyenneNation gave an opening welcome and prayer to all people everywhere.

His words were a heartfelt, moving, and ominous.
