Here's the complaint in the suit filed yday by Community Power Collective, East LA Community Corporation, Inclusive Action for the City, and a couple of individual street vendors. It's a powerful indictment of a years-long campaign by BIDs and the City of LA to crush and restrict street vending in violation of California state law.
