Coolest place my job have taken me this year is the Palace of Westminster - I got to run an event for 40 to celebrate the launch of our Maternity and Neonatal SIG. I thought the coolest architecture was the toilets lol - they were mostly wood but really ornate. Scones were pretty tasty too.
For the next 50 weeks, I/we will be baking scones; 1 variety per week
All the recipes are from the National Trust Scone Recipe Book which starts of with the basic varieties and then works in increasingly more interesting ones.
The main issue I foresee is they'll need to be converted to be lactose-free
