Hi, it's me fundraising again, trying to at minimum save my house. Broader goal is to rebuild interior damage from a past toxic relationship and have the option to house an extra trans person or two from a hostile state.

Update for everyone: Bank rejected application for mortgage modification, working with legal aid lawyer on appeals. So, it's getting a little more urgent now, as they could move it out of mediation to local court system soon.

At least my partner has work now, which will help some.
