Both #tents have arrived and I pitched them indoors for a test:
Decathlon Simond MT900:

Naturehike Cloud Up Pro:
- 140 EUR
- 1350g packed
- Free standing
- More space
Both measured without ground sheet, which is +200g for Naturehike, the Simond does not come with one.
The winner is Naturehike!

Big Sky sends you a fabric sample alongside the tent so that you can test how fast it burns and decide if you want to keep the tent.
Oh boy, #Naturehike's product lineup is confusing. Only the Cloud Up tent has the Cloud Up 20D, Cloud Up 210T, Cloud Up Base, Cloud Up Pro and Cloud Up UL. (All labelled as "ultralight" so that the Cloud Up UL is double ultralight:) Plus dozens of color variants.
There are inconsistencies, errors, omissions in dimensions and weight on their own website, and it's nearly impossible to know which version third party shops sell, because the names/variants never 100% match.
If you follow me, there's a reasonably good chance you might be interested in the Electromagnetic Field (EMF) festival. It runs every 2 years and I'm so excited to be going back for my third time. Tickets go on sale tonight at 8pm UK time and will move fast!
