Pro tip, especially if you reside in California or another jurisdiction that grants you data privacy rights:

Each of the major credit monitoring companies is *also* a massive data broker that sells mountains of other personally identifiable information about you to companies. This data is entirely separate from your credit report, and you have full control over its use because it is not covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

You’ll need to visit each of their websites and follow the steps to exercise your CCPA rights. You can download the total sum of information they have on you, request that they stop the sale and sharing of that information, and most importantly to delete non-FCRA covered data about you.
