This is silly. This would make absolutely no sense if it were to happen IRL, which is why it never would. To their credit, it doesn't appear to be AI generated, although frankly, it might as well be.

A 19th century (probably) stock block.
Techniques for copying wood engravings, and later engravings on metal, gave rise to an industry in selling printing blocks such as this one of a trapeze artist - a “stock block”.
Papier mâché moulds for metal were followed by electrotyping and finally photographic etching.

Designers say AI is making stock image sites unusable
image via creativebloq.comAI is supposed to make things quicker and easier, right? But while it's true that AI tools can automate or streamline some of the most tedious tasks, it appears that the tech, or its results, are making some tasks more difficult. Some designers who use stock image libraries to source photos, illustrations and vectors for their projects are finding that they have to wade through more unusable content to find an image that suits their needs, adding more time to their workflows.

Generative image AI tools will probably compete with and may even replace clip-art and stock-images.
Generative video AI tools will probably do similar for stock-video, too.
I suspected it before. But I am noticing more and more of it as time goes on.
