10 years ago today, a little levity in the wake of Dad's passing: After my sister deleted Dad's many "pocket pics" (i.e., pics taken inside his pants pocket) from his cell phone, Mom asked, "Why are there so many pictures of dark squares on Dad's cellphone?"

Ten years ago today, I returned to my day job after spending three weeks visiting my father in the Cleveland Clinic.
I think I remembered everyone's name. But I could be mistaken.
Ten years ago today in Dad's final journey, some doctor or technician apparently declared, "His lungs are beautiful!"
So, the problem wasn't in his lungs. Other scans indicated deficient diaphragm function on both sides, but that was a "what" not a "why" or "how." So, at this point in Dad's Cleveland Clinic stay, it was still: Scan, evaluate, eliminate another theory, and repeat.
